TX anyone removed inside door panels and put in sheet metal?

I am concidering removing the inside door panels on my 93 and was wondering if anyone had already done the same thing and maybe knows of anyone whos got metal panels for an FD?

Seen it done, but no, you can't just buy a bolt-in FD door panel kit. All custom.

yea figured id end up having to do a custom job on it but figured if anyone had already done it or a shop maybe theyd still have templates or something and could fab up something

One question... why?

Unless you are going for a stripped car for racing purposes. If this is a street driven vehicle, your weight savings will be minimal compared to say... power steering removal.

Why do it, cosmetically it will be ugly, only people that do this are for drag racers or for a dedicated track car, now if that is what you do with your FD then go for it, other than that it would not be a wise move if you drive it in the street.
