I moved mine. There are only eight or so wires you need to extend, so its really not that big of a deal. Pull out the harness, clean up and extend wires. It mounts nicely right with the fuse panel. In the pic I haven't rewrapped the wires yet with sealing rubber tape, but am going to do so.

I also rewrapped my engine harness, removing quite a bit in the process. (I've removed the sequential system and also blocked off everything but the ISC)
