Anyone knows...

Where this vacuum hose goes? It's about 1.5 feet, one ends connect to a metal valve of some type near the right side of the rear turbo. I'm clueless on where the other ends should connect to. From the curvature of the unconnected end, I'm pretty sure it should be connected to something. Please help me out, my idle is not as smooth as it should be and I think this might be the culprit. Thanks!!!

I'm betting on the FPR Solenoid. You'll probably have to remove the UIM or at least disconnect enough from it to lift it a few inches higher.

Check a hose diagram. There is one at www.davidgeesaman.com

You're right!!! The connected end is coming out from the FPR but where does the open end goes to? Is it somewhere beneath the UIM? Judging from the length of the hose I think(hope) that I should be able to reconnect it without having to remove the UIM. But first I need the exact location to really know what to do...

It connects under the UIM to the vertical nipple of the FPR solenoid. The FPR Solenoid is not far under the UIM - perhaps you can reconnect it 'blind'. A peek mirror and flashlight might help you locate it.
