Anyone know where to get these throttle body plates

Anyone know where to get these throttle body plates? They say RC on them but I can't find out where to get em. I think this is a pettit big bore throttle body:

Stupid question, but what's different about the plates? They look like stock plates to me (though maybe a bigger bore)
I see the shafts have been cut down a little, but looks like a poor job on that. There are hard edges from the cuts and if someone were going to go through the trouble, why not cut it all the way to the body to reduce the cross sectional area?

Thanks. Anyway, they are bigger, which is why I am asking where to get them. My mechanic wants to know where to get the plates so he can bore out other throttle bodies.

Take it up with pettit, they built this thing.
