Anyone know where to get a low temp thermostat???

Anyone know who sells, or makes a low temp thermostat for a FD?? Besides the Mazdaspeed one. I saw one member posted a Mazdaspeed one for sale, but it was very pricey, just wondering if this is something I might be able to find at a normal parts store or what?? Because I can't seem to find one online.

I read that a low temp thermostat is a no no becasue the ECU needs to see a certain minimum operating temp. Just what I read though.

Even if this is true, I don't think this should matter a whole lot with a programmable ecu should it???
