Today has not been a good one, im on my way to go and see my mom and a wall of traffic hits so i sigh and try to get through it, out of no wear i see a cloud of white smoke i didnt pay it any mind because i had an oil leak from my pan so i was getting that fixed on monday, but wen the second cloud hit i was like oooooo damn, i got over on the shoulder has fast as could, got out the car and coolant was all over the place, i check the hoses the best that i could but the white smoke was eveywere, i wait a liltle and see that the white smoke is cmmng from he turbo area, so now im stomp. Can anyone tell me if its my turbo coolant hose or that damn coolant O ring? help save my seven!!!!!

Calm down everything will be fine. Check the fluid in your radiator system. Check and see if there is any oil or carbon in the antifreeze in the resvoir and / or under the radiator cap. Also check the oil, either check the dip stick or get under the car and drain some oil out. See if there is any antifreeze in it. If not to both of these situations, your probably ok with the engine o rings.
Now after everything is cool fill the coolant system up again (in a well lit area and see where the antifreeze is leaking from. You could have blown a coolant line (maybe the one that sits under the plenum) and it ran down the engine and transformed into steam from the heat of the turbos!

Good luck.

The same thing happened to me the day after I bought my car. There is a small hose right behind the alternator. I replace it with heater hose and worm clamps.

Check your heater hose too. Look right next to your ABS unit and you will see a hose that runs into the firewall. This busted on me a few weeks back with a pin hole and was spraying coolant right down onto my downpipe causing smoke. If it's not that it's def. one of your turbo coolant hoses. But it def. sounds like a hose busted on you and not your coolant seals.

Around 300 bucks for a complete hose job, it usually takes 8 hours to do

was the smoke coming out of your exhaust?

if not then it was probably just a coolant hose popping off somewhere and spilling coolant onto your turbos or downpipe

Hey to all that helped, today i put the 7 up on all 2's to seak out were this leak could be, i got some distiled water and pourd it in my AST and heard a rushing sound, i still could not see were it was coming from, so next i remove he intake and the Y piping and there she goes, a huge hole in my turbo coolant hose the size of 7mm nut so thanks again for all the info the 7 should be back on the road making kills again
