Looks like a more agressive Miata with Corvette tail lights...

I know alot of you will hate this rear but I wanted a rear that would make it look totally different from the stock FD look. I was never really a fan of the FD taillights. The only rear bumper I could find that would change the look is the C-west which BTW I have right now. Now that I found this rear and it changes the whole taillight assembly, I'm going to get it. To me, different is good. Not all people can be different though. Black99, I have a C-west front. Thinking of getting the new knightsports though

Corvette taillights. It looks like one taillight on each side. Not a copy cat corvette but definately leaning that way. Nasty.

Yep, European C5 tail lights. I should know, I already have a set.

I thought that this rear would make a good start for something better myself. I don't like the bulges at the bottom, or the tongue depresser between the legs look of the diffuser, and the tail lights are wrong, especially the video game buttons next to the Corvette lights. It looks like a duck's *** with Corvette tail lights.

If it had tail lights (a pair per side like any self-respecting sports car) which were Nissan Skyline GTR style or Ferrari style, then it might look good. And if the bottom half of it was identical to the stock FD rear, then it might not look so goofy.

RedTT, that RE rear bumper looks good only in the rear and in angles. if you look at it from side view it looks like the rear is sticking out too much. I was gonna get that too, but after all the pictures i gather of that bumper i changed my mind. just my 2 cents.

why not go for the whole banana? front & rear. Then you could have your car look like a porsche/thunderbird cross...

the back is just fugly. but i like the front....but NOT for an FD. for example, if a new car came out looking exactly like that from the front, i would like it. but it is not something to do to an FD. get a body kit, get a wing, get sideskirts, get anything. but please....dont get a conversion and make the FD look like something it is not.
