It's ORC(OGURA Racing Clutch) I took some pics of that car at the Tokyo Auto Saloon.

wow, is that the same car? it looks so much better in the first picture. thanks Okinawa
btw, why did they do that with the engine? clearance for the hood? it looks modified from the original scoot hood. a little more concaved and sniped along the edges.
time to look for bomex fenders.
