well today i noticed some white smoke when i started the car and when i smelled it it was kinda sweet. so im pretty sure my O-rings are shot. also ive noticed a raspy sorta noise coming from the vacinity of the turbos in the last couple days as well as what i thought was a bad clutch is actually my transmission about to go. so im in need of a engine, turbos, and tranny. so i figure the most efficient way to get all 3 is to buy a front clip, so does anyone know a good place to buy one prefereably in northern california. right now the only place i know of is venus auto.

are you even sure that your motor and turbos are bad..??
and the tranny is going out?? Do a compression test on the motor...

It's normal for the car to start up in the morning smoking. But should not smoke after a while.

yeah i know that its normal for white smoke in the morning but its doing it in the middle of the afternoon in 100 degree weather and not humid at all. and no i dont know the turbos are bad. i hear a grinding noise coming from that vacinity and i know that with all these other things going wrong the car wasnt taken that great of care of by its previous owners and that its probably more of a "when will i need turbos" situation rather than a "if ill need turbos" situation. i got the car a year ago for 10k and i didnt get to be picky, the situation i was in allowed for me to get this specific fd or none at all, so i got the fd. oh but thanks for the answears guys ill look around.
