anyone know about the wing downforce?

Ok, here is my question, I don't just want one of those wings that is a big meta one, I want one that has the shocks in the back with the locknuts that you can lock down so the wing only sways so far and you can adjust the downforce. Does anyone know which ones have this and who has the best price?

ok. you're probably looking for whats called a GT wing.

There are plenty of adjustable ones, but I don't know of any that have shocks on them.

the 99 jspec wing is adjustable as well, you may want to look into that. I think one of the first Best Motoring videos that featured the 99 RX7 did a comparison test between circuit track times without wing, with the 99 wing, and a GT wing. GT wing provided the most downforce of course, and gave the best time, but the 99 wing wasn't too far behind.

99 J spec wing

Try here theres some good info on the 99 spec wing. I have had mine for about six months and swear on it. The adjustments work great , at the lowest setting you can feel the downforce around 80mph. At the highest setting ( in the rain ) you can really fell the extra grip. Around 120mph in the dry it makes the back end stick like glue . Also it looks great , flows with the lines of the car
