Anyone interested in paying more for "Nickel/Chromium down pipe" handles >1800F
I was looking into why Titanium wasn't good for a DP but ok for a MP and exhaust, guess the temps must cool down before the mid pipe? Quote: "Inconel 625 excels in applications such as Rotary engines and extreme duty turbocharger exhausts."

We would need a run of 25 min for a group buy. I am only guessing the price would be double that of SS, like Titanium is. Anyone have any feedback on this? I would ask for a bid if at least 25 people are interested otherwise, i'll drop it.

You can get a regular steel DP Jet-hot coated (good for 2000 degress) for about $100 or so, and the coating will protect it from heat and prevent it from rusting.
How much would these cost?

Looks like this is dead
I emailed him again but he wants dimensions and that's just for the tubing and not the flanges. So if anyone even cares, I need the tubing dimensions. Yeah, I know is 3" diameter but what's the length and what about the flanges.
Maybe it should be the turbo housings made from Inconel instead. It seems that is actually the weakest link.

Ex fd *****
Thye weakest link (most prone to cracking from heat) is the turbo intermanifold, around the Wastegate and Turbo Control flapper - this would be the most cost effective part to fabricate from Inconel or Nickle-Chrome, especially as the casting is only available from MAZDA as part of a COMPLETE turbo set. The actuall turbo housings rarely crack or fail.
