I'd rather support chuck. Plus, they give absolute no specs on materials it's constructed of, etc. Looks like a roll of the dice to me.

Don't believe all the hype when it comes to these things. It's a friggen metal stick with a joint at each end. The aftermarket ones cost nothing to make. The only thing that's any work is the small adapters that allow the use of the stock mounting bolts.

Some of the aftermarket ones are better than others but in the end all of them will wear out much faster than the stock parts.

Yep. No reason to waste your money on aftermarket toe links. Just replace the stock bearings in the original bracket, and you are good to go. You won't even need to re-align the car

some of the ebay suspension arms uses cheap grade bearing that goes bad in a hurry, some even uses inferior quality metal... I know the ebay links sucks donkey ***** for the 240sx people, not sure about the FD ones, I would imagine it's the same.

Those look cheesy (are they spray painted). I was going to make them in titanium but couldn't get the tubes cheap enough in the right diameter needed. These look alot better

Anybody who thinks the rear toe links need to be built out of some sort of special material for strength should check out the front tie rods sometime. They're made from plain steel, several times longer than a toe link and thinner than my pinkie finger and yet we even rely on them to steer the car! Aftermarket toe links aren't made the way they are for strength, they're made that way for convenience.

Here's some stock front tie rods on the rack:

Oh my god they're going to snap off any minute and we're all going to die!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!

But aren't aftermarket toe-links required to run wider wheels?

NO. Aftermarket trailing arms on the other hand are narrower than the stock pieces and can provide slightly more clearance for wide tires.

Chuck from RE is blowing out his toe links for $180 shipped.

Ray is blowing out the toe link bushings (all 4 of them) for $165 shipped, then you have to r&r them in the link.

It's good to have option, and I support both of these guys. But I don't think the RE links are wasting money

That's a great deal. About 3 months ago I paid jobber's (re-sale) price for all four.... ~$180.
