After being sooo careful for years, I leaned on the plastic cover for our sleek headlight today and heard the CRACK.

Since these things are hard to source and silly expensive, wondering if anyone has been able to successfully repair a cracked clear cover?

Which sleek kit? They are fairly easy to make on your own.

 

probably not, it's one of the bubbled ones. c=west style made by frpbodykits a few years back.

 

How exactly do we make it on your own?

 

^I believe that was in respect to the re amemiya/rotary extreme/evor-r sleek kits. Where the easy route is to get some plexy glass and just cut it to fit. By no means it looks just as good as the original since they were concave (except for the old rotary extreme ones), but it looks a heck of a lot better than having a missing cover.
