Anybody have an issue with the alternator pulley? I have an upgraded 140 amp alternator from IRPerformance and when I put the aluminum one on....it was difficult to turn by hand. The OEM one is much easier. Also, does anybody know what belt size to use? I can get the alternator belt tight, but I am maxed out on the tensioner on the alternator. Any input is much appreciated.!

I usually recommend the Banzai Kit and Pineapple idler together for customers. Works well.

Is there any "How to's" on installing the stock replacement set from Banzai. I can't pry a lot of the crap off, and I'm stuck in terms of getting my stock pieces off.
