yup....

autoexe makes one...or maybe the only one

http://www.autoexe.co.jp/

I asked Jason of jt-imports about it a long time ago and he said that it was a very effective intact.

However, that intact only allows you to use a stock sized intercooler.

You would probably get more "bang for the buck" with the adam c airbox mod

Autoexe like 7racer said, and Knight's Sport makes a plastic version as well as a carbon version that looks exactly like that

thanks, that's the one exactly. wonder if it could work witha single turbo and FMIC? don't want to blow $770+ (88,000JPY) to find out it wouldn't work.

That thing looks kinda goody. And like the others said, if you ever wanted to upgrade your IC, which you will, that intake is no longer any good.

The front intake of the Scoot hood sits way further back and most likely would shut with that intake.

Mazdaspeed strut brace. I'd contact FDNewbie if you're interested in either item.

It looks like it could still work with a FMIC.

The manufacturer's sticker is right on the intake... Gruppe M. http://www.gruppem.co.jp/en/home.html I'm not sure if they make it for the FD any longer. These are pricey...for my M3 it was 2K or something crazy like that.

yeah I went to the gruppe m site as well before posting here, but didn't see any applications for an rx7. It looks remarkably similar-ok well exactly like the autoexe one. I couldn't find the knightsports one in plastic. Anyone have a link?
