I am planning on getting the Apexi Power Fc on my birthday, and I was wondering if anybody knows of a good site from where i can order it from for a cheap price. Thanks.

Also try going to the parts for sale section. Brand new these things run >=1000 w/ commander, so if you can't do better than that, consider going with a used model.

Rotor Motor Sports has one for $1100 with the commander that about as cheap as I have seen them on the net.

Nope again. I don't think Jason wants us to be able to send people to that link.

sometimes buying a power fc from the cheapest source gets you squat for tuning help...hahaha

trust me...I should know. I got my pfc for dirt cheap...purchased from a rather popular internet site. it took four-six weeks to get it and to get the commander which was somehow lost before shipping.

now that I do have it...it is tuned for nowhere near where my specified mods need.

you get what you pay for.

good luck

ps...the link edit thing is funny....negative comments about the store often get removed quickly. the fact that you cant post a link is pure humor. ...watch out...the secret moderating police are coming for you!!

great forum guys...truly truly is.....but editing out posts for content like that is bs.....and leaving negative posts about competitors parts while at the same time removing their own customers complaints biases the search function heavily in the stores favor.

sometimes the info in here isnt always the best info....

I bought mine from Jason and had it tuned by XS. I was not going for the cheapest way possible but Jason and RX7Store have great prices. Very few places beat their prices and on very few items. On occasion though, there is a better deal elsewhere and it is weird that we can't post a competitors website. RM has a forum as well but it sucks in comparison to this one.

but the RX-7 store will match the price, and buying from him keeps this forum up and running.

the post above mine is very true....

honestly though...had I purchased mine directly from xs instead of ordering it from the store who purchased it from xs I wouldnt be worrying if it was tuned right because xs would remember dealing with me...right now they have no idea which pfc I have and what it was tuned for...
