Anybody know about matching factory undercoat?

I am having a 6 inch by 6 inch section of my undercarriage resprayed to fix a small dent caused by someone previously jacking the car up from a point other than the subframe. Is there any way to properly match the texture/makeup of the undercoat paint (rubbery like material)? Has anybody successfully matched the factory paint job under the car?

You are thinking too much about this. Really now, how many people see the under side of your car? And for those who do see it (?) who will pay attention?

Usually under coating is for rust prevention, any durable modern undercoat of sealant should do just fine.

Pretty much any quality aerosol can of rubberized undercoating will do. It's essentially what they used at the factory (and dealership) and what a repair shop would use.
