Any silver FD guys with stock taillights looking for something different?

Saw this on ebay and thought it looked kinda cool.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-M...58953807QQrdZ1

For future reference (after the ebay link is dead) the seller's s/n is jdm_imports_usa.

looks good. I wonder if doing something like that in black would cure my "blueish purple tint" color that my stockers have from all the sun exposure.

You can get rid of that purple huh with a little plastic polish.
Careful not to melt the plastic though.

You know, its really weird. I see a lot of 93's that fade, especially the center. But my 94, despite having not seen a garage almost its whole life, is still jet black.

hmm, i was under the impression (when they were apart for circle mod) that the original paint was under the plastic rather than on the surface(or near it). If that were the case polishing wouldnt do anything besides get the scratches and stuff out.
