I got a tune on my PowerFc from Forged Performance in Troutdale a few years ago. They had a couple FD's in there that were getting V8 swaps done. I don't know anything about their quality of work in that aspect, but they gave me a decent tune. The shop was really clean and organized and the guys there were awesome.

You know there's a Northwest section on this forum?

But to answer your question I don't believe there are any. I'm not sure what the deal is with FD3S Engineering but they use to, I'm not even sure if they're still around. Their website doesn't say much and their Facebook page says as of April 2014 they are no longer taking on projects or customers.

A lot of people say to stay away from them if you want them to work on a rotary, I think the mainly deal with S2000s.
