If the sequential system is working properly, the "dip" shouldn't be all that much. If it's really severe, there is something wrong with the sequential operation of the car.

The turbo control flapper door probably has a very minimal effect on ultimate power. The big restricion doesnt look like it's the manifold, but instead the turbine to down pipe connection, where the turbines face each other and t-off. Ideally, I think the twins would have been capable of more if they each had their own downpipes.

I didn't realize that this is the case. I was under the impression that there was some kind of "door" in the the exhaust manifold that directed air to either the primary or secondary turbo.
