Antenna Mast Replacement Procedure with Pics
Replaced another Antenna mast yesterday getting my 15k mile Black RX7 prepped for Bring a Trailer and wrote up a procedure with pics since I had a hard time finding any instructions and forgot how I did the last one a year ago. Here's a decent write up for anyone that gets to do this project:

Thanks, mines been loose in the fender since I bought it in 2010!
EDIT - I have no idea if this would apply to the RX's mast, but on a Mercury I owned in 1990, I was able to remove the power mast which was bent 90 degrees at the base, cut off the bent part with a tubing cutter, and reinstalled. Yeah, it was shorter, but it worked and the price was right. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
