I have to share my horror story with everyone now that this fuel nightmire is pressing on. I was having a problem keeping my fuel pressure when I installed my new engine and added 1200cc injectors. Well I removed every thing and found the 1200cc injectors were leaking.
So I sent them to RC along with the primarys for cleaning. I recently had them returned and installed. Now it is flooding worse than before and wont even hold fuel pressure. So they are leaking again.
Has anyone experinced this? Could this be a injector ground problem, I checked the harness grounds and they are all good. Is it possible I have bad 1200 injectors and need to replace them.

 

Maybe you cut the seals while installing. Unplug the 1200 and see if the car will idle as they are or should not be turned on then.

 

Wont they still leak if they are stuck open? I will try it when I get home. I also have a pair of 850's I can replace them with.

 

I switched the 1200's out last night for the set f 850's I had laying around and now.....
