Another boost problem

Hey all. Got a secondary boost problem here in my FD. Under WOT primary gives me a lil over 10psi. When secondary kicks in at 4500 it drops to around 8 then slowley drops and ends up at 5psi right at redline. vacuum is 18ish during idle. I checked both Y-pipe couplings, and the intercooler to y-pipe has two small cracks in it that didnt look like they went through, and Im still stock other then intake. I removed the Air tank, and it sounded like it was hissing air out when I put my ear next to it, and I looked under the upper intake manifold and I couldnt see any popped off lines ( I didnt remove it, just looked through the opening that the air tank covers up). What should I try now? 71xxx miles on original engine and turbo.s

Thanks alot

STevo

Your answer is already in your question, imagine that cracked pipe trying to hold in pressurized hot air.. that is your problem, I'll bet they go through.

Do the silicone hose jobs and that will illiminate
many, many boost problem. The job is a big pain
in the *** but it worth the effort.
