Merseyside is in liverpool UK. If he is saying 2500 he means 2500 pounds which is about $4000 ish, but dont forget everything is 20% more expensive here due to VAT.

Sleeve - your at the limit of the twins mate. Next step is upgrade fuel pump, injectors and turbos with either a single or uprated twins. Any option isgoing to cost you more than 2500 (uprated fuel pump and injectors budget 1000 fitted, uprated twins budget 2300 fitted, single turbo roughly the same fitted for a small low end kit)

But as we say, if reliability is the key, leave the car where it is.

Going with a nice single turbo is your best solution. Makes everything look clean and simple under he hood. You most likely will make your 400whp goal on pump fuel.

The only problem is the cost, your going to need a turbo kit, fuel injectors, fuel pump, intercooler, clutch, tuning, possibly a new engine, etc. If you decide to go over 500hp well your cost goes up really quick.

It would be nice to have a fresh engine when starting a single turbo project, unless you you already had the motor rebuilt. It would be a shame to have everything on the car and then blow the motor.

So you have lots to think about, so just pick a route and try sticking to it.
