i dont understand, can someone tell me the story behind the design of this car ? was it an exclusive rx7, or is it some kind of porsche conversion ? sorry if i sound ignorant, i have seen these around in option mags, but i have not a bloody clue of their origins.

I think there are more then just one cause i've seen pink, white, this one and another color before.

I didnt get any pics of their cool blue RX8 damn it was a sweet design.. My camera was full of pics..... DAMN I guess I will have to ask them to take pics for me and e-mail them or drive over there... hehe

 

The car was built to be shown off at the 99' Tokyo auto salon. The car took first place.

Yeah that PINK one is pink alright.... I saw it a RE-Amemiyas shop and at Daikokufuto once too.

It probably has some weird connection to the fact that the scoot hood(which that one resembles) is taken from the Porsche GT1, or vice versa. Either way, the scoot/GT1 connection has something to do with this situation.

 

i cant imagine the work that went into producing that ...

 

they r all very nice, but just the bodykit will cost u 2 arms and a leg.

DomFD3S---Yeah thats it. It was at AUTOSALON Finish (By my sticker company hehe) and I ran out of room on my camera. Its a lot of stickers and I forgot there was a car there, but it looks cool I thought.

 

If only I had more money.
