Almost finished.. pics..

Finally I'm getting close to finishing my car..

This is what I have so far..
New paint job, 99 front, 99 signal and fogs, fastpac hood, border replica fenders, 99 wing, 99 tail lights (real), greddy fmic, fluidyne radiator, pfc, avcr, polished engine goods, and few other parts..

I would like to thank: AbadR1 (Leo H.) for his hard work to paint my car.. Its one of the best black paint job I have ever seen..

Looks great, I really like the border fenders, and I'm strongly considering them for my FD as well. Would you be able to take a few more pics of them?

Did you add the silver mesh to them too? How was fitting?

I will take more pics later on..
Far as fitment.. well, it was o.k.. It actually need lot of work.. Since my car is black.. and also the paint job was so awesome, all the imperfects shows really well.. I'm now thinking about going back to stock fenders.. just because of the fitment issue.. at about 1FT you could definitely tell that hood and fenders aren't made well.. And it was really hard to smooth things out..

Nice pics meng

I was hoping to get my Greddy 2-row and show you the pics of it installed with my 99+ bumper. It looks like you beat me to it though.

That's ok, cause instead of getting a 2-row, I decided to get a CF RE Amemiya AD-9 hood instead. It should be here in a few days.

Wow the car doesn't even look black! I thought it was a really deep grey or something. VERY CLEAN!

Now all you need is some big wheels!

Cool

The FD looks absolutely menacing in Black.

I love the 99 front end. I'm not too crazy about the fenders. I can see why you would have them, but I prefer the stock fenders.

The car looks great overall. I would change the wheels though. Get some nice 5 spokes....

Later,

It looks like you have an aftermarket suspension, but for some reason the car seems really high.
I'm not feelin' the fenders either, but the rest of the car looks great! Is the "fastpac" hood an r-magic style?

I believe Phil is going to install his 99spec rims on also. It has been fun overall. Glad to help Phil.

Yep... I have 99 spec at home.. Just haven't got any tires.. it will be dec. when I get some new rubbers.. F1 or S03's..

Rotor-Rooter, I feel the same about the fender.. One I wanted something different.. but once its on, it seems little too much.. also its not that well made.. its o.k.. but the imperfection shows in black.. The hood is Faspac Carbon Fiber.. I decided to get it painted.. The hood is also o.k. made.. I guess the great paint job just makes the imperfection more noticable ... before the paint job, I thought it was pretty well made..

If I could make a suggestion, If you get aftermarket parts, Make sure you get the parts very very well prep'd or don't get it in BLACK...

Oh.. All these pics are before the suspension.. Last night we put the rotors, calipers, and RB/tokicos..

It dropped quite a bit.. I'm picking up the car tonight and will take some pics..

Oh... I agree.. Thats why I say its almost.. Closer than ever I have to say..

Everytime I start doing things to this car, I want something else.. now I want that damn AD9 hood.. Also, interior stuff..

I'm happy where I am now... I'm going to enjoy the car for next 6 months.. then, New engine, tranny, clutch, flywheel, interior, wheels, some gauges, are going on.. All parts are in my garage, like the bumper.. I had that thing for almost 2 years..
