all you dyno experts. please analyze this

went to kdr yesterday for a clutch/flywheel and 1300cc injector install. dave dynoed my car and here is the results. he says one of the turbos are shot. i do see some oil on the concrete in the garage and some white smoke here and there. first run was the best. this was the base run at 10lbs. when we upped the boost the numbers went down??? the turbos couldn't boost for some reason past 10.5 ish. ..... on the way home the car was boosting a max of 15 lbs or more on a couple occasions. couldn't do more b/c of snow/ice and bald tires any suggestions will be appreciated.... i guess i will be looking for a garrett gt35/40 single turbo

Ah, perhaps we could help more if you attached a picture of the dyno.
