i got the apex seals and springs already and my housingsa and rotors are still good. if i buy the above am i good to go???

You COULD get away with it. However, personally - i wouldnt rebuild an engine without replacing the following:

corner seals springs and inserts
side seals springs and inserts
front and rear eccentric gear needle bearings.

you also need to inspect:

main bearings
oil control rings and rubbers
eccentric shaft & pilot bearing
oil pump
rotor bearings (shouldnt need doing)

apart from that you should be good
