Installing a manual fan switch is not just a matter of adding a switch, it is actually a mod that takes a few steps. Here's the reference that I used:

wow thats close, im right off broadview road in a new development.
i knew it wasnt just "adding a switch," I meant like when to flip the fan on? but im visiting that link right now. I love reading new info thanks again

they make them for diff. makes... its not really a standalone, just an advanced piggy back... so it has to be ECU specific.

PFC is standalone but they are not generic, so there is PFC for RX-7s, and hondas and so on. This is the best kind of ecu because you get all the adaptability of a standalone but none of the wiring mess of a generic.
