Alarm, malfunctioning... Help please

My alarm started going off today for no reason, My car was locked, I unlocked it and the alarm comes on, I had to disconnect neg battery cable to get it to stop.

Anyone know how to disable alarm?

I had this same problem. The easiest way I found to fix it is to disconnect the wire that goes to the hatch release (I think I had to ground it somewhere else to make it work). This makes your car think the hatch is open even when it is closed. The alarm won't arm if the hatch or hood are open. The only thing you have to do is turn the rear cargo light off, because it will want to stay on since the car thinks the hatch is open. You can turn it on when you need it.
