Air pump removal
I'm thinking of removing the air pump for added clearance. My question is will the ECM detect it not being there? Hate for a "Check Engine" light to come on. And do I need to plug anything?

If you dont have a catalytic converter, then its all fine to remove the air pump, they're are two pipes going into the engine block that either need to be capped off, or remove the pipes and install a block off plate. Need to get a 300K4 belt, found mine at Pep Boys. Its not hard to remove the air pump, just was hard to find the belt.
