how do you find out when the air pump goes out bad . as i read some guys disconnect the pump , then the car run rich and smokes . this might be my problem , maybe a bad pump , i can hear a ticking nosie from it , it sounds like it's coming from it . would a bad pump cause the engine at idle to run like crap . reguards
