Air pump - Cat question

Quick question. I am using a midpipe and have now installed the Greddy Underdrive pulley kit and removed my air pump. Do I still need to plug the metal line that fed the air pump even though I don't have a cat on the car? Thanks!

YES keep the dirtdobbers out. block off plates =no leaks
