Air Pump Alternator Water pump belt with underdrive pulleys
It took me a long time to find this in a search, so I'm posting this to hopefully make it easier for everyone.
IF you have the E-bay underdrive (larger than stock) water pump and alternator pulleys - and you still run the air pump, use the belt part number listed below. It will be a tight fit with both the AIR pump and the alternator adjustments set to minimum belt length positions. In fact I set the AIR pump to the lowest position and just used the alternator belt adjustment to tighten the belt - and there is plenty of adjustment left.
I like the AIR pump in this position because it gives you the maximum amount of room for the intercooler air pipe. I'm running the M2 medium IC - and I need all the room I can get... but I have a homemade straight pipe - not a nice custom inlet pipe bent to clear the pump.
The belt you want is Gates K050545, 5PK1389, 21/32" x 55 1/4 " OC, 17mm x 1401 mm OC - it is a nice 5 rib belt - about $30 at O'Reilly's. You could probably cross reference it to a cheaper belt - but this one is MADE IN THE USA.
Hope this helps someone - having an AIR pump again is GREAT - no more eye-watering exhaust (still using the stock main cat) - just running all the air pump output to the cat - no ACS valve - seems to work well - now I just need to pass emissions. (Pump is still controlled by the ECU and turns off at 3250 RPM).
