air/fuel wideband?
air/fuel wideband?
Are all air/fuel gauges created equal?I remember reading somewhere that if an a/f gauge uses the stock O2 meter it's worthless, and that there was a greddy one that had its own wideband, or soemtihng liekt aht which was much better. Can anyone tell me if this is true, or is a regular a/f gauge good too?
Any A/F gauge using the stock o2 sensor is worthless.
I've heard good things about the Greddy gauge/sensor combo but don't have any personal experience with it. Personally, it would be easier to work with something that you can log, rather than a gauge. This is why the Tech Edge and FJO widebands are so popular.

I used it only for like 2 weeks or so. It was like $400 new but I'll sell it for $200 shipped.
I use the FJO and datalogit. Definitley a superior solution but there's a huge price difference as well.
The gReddy one is far better than any of the other non-wideband ones though its all relative.
