I have a 93 Touring, and have the following problem. When the weather outside is cold or damp, the air con/heater controls on the dash don't work. Like they won't light up or respond to anything I do.

When it's hot out, the heater controls, and the A/C button light up, but the fan speed and fan direction ***** don't do anything.

When the car is sitting, and it's not cold or too hot, the controls all work fine.

Any ideas? I am guessing it's a dodgy connection, but I thought I'd better find out if anyone else has had any problems with it.
