Air bag wiring & can it be removed?

I am doing a wire tuck and I was wondering if this connector is for the air bag and would it affect anything else besides air bag system.

Yes the orange and blue connectors are for the front center crash sensor. They can be disconnected without any affecting anything else.

Beg to differ, folks. The orange connector carries the horn signal, the blue portion carries the airbag signals from the D-sensors. The horn signal is on a green wire with orange stripe in that orange portion of the connector. Don't believe it? Then disconnect the connector and try to blow your horn!

I have an aftermarket steering wheel with no horn so didn't really notice a difference. =)
