ahhh yes, another boost problem PLEASE HELP!

Alrite...I have a 93 R1. It has CB, DP, MP, SMIC, Intake, Pettit Unlimited ECU, Greddy Profec B Spec II and ported wastegate.

My problem lies in the boost. The previous owner had the turbos rebuilt and the guys who rebuilt them set the boost to 6psi. It boosts at a 5-3-6 boost pattern.

I found one pill in the PCA line from the turbo to the PCA. I removed it. There are no leaks from what I can tell.

No matter what I do I can't get the boost to go above that 5-3-6. It was like that before I installed the boost controller, and with good settings or the boost controller off, it stays at that boost pattern.

I really don't know where to go from hear...I've been looking at the forums the last couple of days and can't figure anything out.

lemme know.

removing the boost pills will give you less boost. Put BOTH boost pills back in and bypass your boost controller i would suggest if you really have tried everything - put the boost control system back to stock and if this doesnt sort it you know to look elsewhere. This isnt a leak because if it was you would have high boost.
