aftermarket 3rd gen door sill plates?

Does anyone carry Door sill plates for the 3rd gen rx7? I Prefer metal and black. Anyone know? It seems like it would be an obvious item but I cant seem to find any. Thanks!

Yeah I think I got mine from Corksport or Possibly Mazda Trix. Silver and Gold was the only option. But the gold lettering peels out and leaves only silver.

you can also look at www.jt-imports.com They have aluminum ones that are absolutely gorgeous!! Kinda expensive, but very well worth it. Hope that helps. Laterz.

If you're talking about the ones in the Original parts section they're the same ones as at mazdaformance.com but for about $160 more ($134? at mazdaformance)

Jason has some pretty cool stuff at good prices, the scuff plates are too darned expensive tho...

Check the group buys section

Check the group buys section or the FS section I believe I remember seeing some carbon fiber parts and one of those parts were door sills! Check it out and I believe you'll be happy, I am pretty sure I'm gonna get me some.

I just bought a pair from ricks rotary. A bit pricy, but I picked them up and installed them today.

On a side note, WOW, they really make the car look awesome.

Here's the stock Mazda sill plates which MazdaFormance carries: http://www.adornedmerchandise.com/Ma...hreshold13.jpg

Very nice. I don't like the gold so I'm painting the letters black...

Those are the same ones I bought and installed. I plan to paint the letters black too since my car is black.

These things squeek alot while I'm driving, kinda making me crazy. Im gonna buy some foam weather-stripping to put under them and see if that helps.
