I was driving home last night.
and i see a Plain jane Neon.
and to my AMAZEMENT..
THIS Idiot had some kind of
GLOW thing in his exhaust.
First thing I thought of was this Thread.

I thought it was some glow thing,
but after he/she made a turn.
it was actually a light shining out
the exhaust..

What will some of of these Idiots think
of next..
