after market non-pop headlights

Does anyone have an opinion on these after market headlights on Ebay?
I was watching them and the seller sent out an offer for $500 to buy them.

DO NOT buy those. its 17$ worth of plastic and 4 Christmas lights. a set came with my first fd and i couldnt even give them away. absolute garbage. if you have 500$ burning a hole in your pocket, i have some things i can sell you instead or im sure your car actually needs something that will make it better. do some maintenance instead

^YEP. 99% of the non-popup kits are CRAP. Look neat but the lighting is worse and many times you have to hack up your car to install them. You'll be trying to see with a dim candle.

Also everyone goes nuts for pop-up headlights in the 2020's

If you want good lighting, go with the Sakebomb HID kit or look into some of the DIY options that people have posted.
