after market boost controller problems

have just fitted an apexi AVCR to my car , in the instruction manual it says to "disconnect and close 2 hoses up which are connected to original solenoid valve". are these the other hoses coming from the wastegate control and pre-control actuators ?

Im in the middle of the same install, and was wondering if you are supposed to keep the restrictor pills in the lines?

Thanks,

The pills are meant to work (effectively balancing orifice size compared to the solenoid which pulses on and off to create a"variable" orifice) with the stock PC and WG solenoids. They will just improperly restrict the lines when using an aftermarket boost controller, so they must be removed.
