after Air Pump removal, do I cap these 2 pipes? *pic*

You can remove both those pipes and use a block off plate. That's your cleanest bet. What I did was use a black 2-liter bottle cap at the end of the bottom pipe... held one with black duct tape. Then for the top, took a 4 inch rubber tube, stuffed medium steel wool into it alot with a barb adapter at the end and then clamped it onto the pipe to muffle the "moo" sound.

Edit: Haha mybad dude, I just realized I didn't even answer you question. Yeah, those are the 2 pipes. The lower one that goes to the air pump gives out exhaust so you'll either have to cap it of remove the pipes fully as stated above with a block off plate. The upper one is an outlet pipe that makes a "moo" sound when not conneted to a muffling device such as the chamber in the upper half of the intake box. You gotta get something to muffle it, as what I did. Or again, remove both pipes and just put a block off plate.
