Adjusting headlight cover?

So i installed some new lightbulbs, and when I put everything back together, the headlight cover doesn't sit flush with with the bumper/fender/hood. The both see raised up a little bit. I'm quite sure the light goes down all the way becasue when i turn the manual crank ***, it retracts to the point where you keep turning and the light stays at a constant position. (ie, nothing is in the way.)

Did I actually bend a bracket or am I doing something wrong? I find it weird it doesn't sit as it did before. Is there an actually way to adjust this or do I just work it out best I can? (Maybe drill a hole slightly higher on the cover so it will sit lower?

It's adjustable. Just loosen the 4 screw 2 front 2 back and play with it until it sits right. loosen it enough to where your able to move it around and still have it be tight enough to stay in that position so you could adjust it accordingly. Then when everything fits right tighten all the screws.

This it will probably take a few up downs of the headlights with minor tweaks to get the headlight cover adjusted perfectly.

Quoted for truth. My god. I got one pretty good. The other one, ill loosen all the screws, close the hood, line it up perfectly, then ever so slowly open the hood, screw the back ones in, open the light, screw the front ones, and the front one's are a solid 1/2 a cm. too high. I didn't in a million years think this would be so hard. I've been trying for like 2 hours too.
