The stock FPR should be fine in your case. Large fuel pumps can outflow the stock regulator, but that isn't really a bad thing. Higher base pressures have the advantage of lowering duty cycles and having a nice spray pattern.

On the other hand if you run out of fuel with your current setup you won't be able to raise your base pressure to get more out of it.

An adjustable regulator should be used anytime the secondary rail is changed, (though still not required) or if you're trying to get more out of your current setup, and finally if you want to run a FPD but don't want the crappy stock one that leaks. (most aftermarket FPR have a FPD built in)

Also your secondaries are most likely 1200 or 1300, I don't think anyone goes any larger then that on bored out side feed.

1300

I'm sorry your right they are 1300,s on the secondary, thanks for your help. I think ill just put the fpr on to get more out of it and as far as the fpd ill leave the stock one on untill I get time to bypass it would that be ok?
