Adjust TPS?

I have read the FAQ on rob robinettes site, but I still have no idea. My car only reads Part throttle high when the gas is all the way down, so I need to adjust the TPS. Which way do I turn it to get WOT more easily? How the heck do you get the bottom screw out, I tried for an hour today and could not get it out. Its a phillips head right? Someone please help me.

I haven't done this, but maybe you should remove the throttle body, loosen the screw, then reinstall it and adjust it? Once you get the screws loose and can turn the sensor, you should be able to easily tell which way you need to turn it by looking at your multimeter.
