Add Fuel Regulator?

Hi guys,

I'm getting about 24psi fuel pressure at idle. I have checked the voltage powering the fuel pump and is OK.

So, is it better to get a new fuel pump or a fuel pressure regulator? Please advice...

Well, the higher your vacuum reading at idle, the lower your fuel pressure will probably be. I think that's why you're suppose adjust it at 0 manifold pressure, because vacuum reading will vary from engine to engine.
