Accell enrichment setting

Boost problems , no vacume problems, might be ignition, should I increase my fuel enrichment around 4000 - 5000rpm ( this is where boost is a problem) on my PFC to compensate?

Well what kind of boost problems are you having? What you're suggesting is (I think) to add more fuel in that range due to spiking at transition. When what you should be doing is fixing the spike at transition and leaving your fuel maps alone.
