Yup, mine is still plugged. It didn't stall on cold starts after I moved to a warmer climate (Michigan to California). Mine definitely spewed oil all over the place on the track, but I don't recall it messing up my boost.

Hmm. I am going to need AWS plates soon.

Anyways, why are their two plates mentioned? AWS pipe and AWS solenoid?

It sounds like the AWS pipe is the one people want, after they remove the hose. What is the solenoid one for???

Solenoid connects the pipe and the UIM. The pipe plate is just extra the main one needed is the solenoid plate so you can remove that bulky solenoid from an area of the car in desperate need to simplicity.
