Ac/heater **** broke??

The control **** on my 93 has a aluminum shaft that broke in the tip , leaving a small part of it inside the control panel and now i have no control of the temp.Is this something that can be fix?

If you can pull the piece out I would drill a very small hole through both pieces and then use JB weld or something similar. Put a needle the size of the drill bit and then JB should help keep them in line. I have dome this for other small parts with great success.

Thanks for the tip. I now have to frgure out how to remove it lol
